We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with our products. (If people pleasing were a crime, we’d be doing hard time!) If a product is not what you expected, or you just changed you mind, don’t sweat it. Drop us a line, and we’ll issue a refund, less shipping and handling, or exchange it for something else. Let us know which you prefer. We’re always trying to improve, so please tell us the reason for your refund/exchange request.

This refund/exchange policy expires 60 days from date of purchase.

If a product doesn’t arrive in the expected time frame or condition due to a postal snafu or other force outside our control, let us know. We’ll do what we can to make you a happy customer.


This website does not intentionally gather any personally identifying information about visitors without their knowledge. The only personally identifying information that is collected is that which is supplied by you, such as when you enter your name and email address into a comment form, supply details during the checkout process, or sign up for our newsletter. This site does log your IP address for the purposes of fighting SPAM when you complete these forms.

Additionally, this site utilizes Google Analytics, which collects information such as what browser you are using, your location based on your IP address, how long you hang around, and which pages you visit. None of this information is used to identify you as an individual, but rather to provide the website administrators with information to help them improve the site in general.
